Our Returns Policy

If we've made a mistake, or shipped you something you don't want, or even recommended something you don't like, let us know and we'll pay to have new items shipped back to us along with a full refund. This can happen one of two ways:

1. We MAIL you a postage-paid return bag. Fill it with your return and leave it with the mailman.
2. We EMAIL you a postage-paid return label. Print it, slap it on the bag, pop it in the mail.

That's right – print it, slap it, pop it.

Above all, if something weird happens just let us know. We'll look after you.
